Powder Coating Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting for Powder Coating Supervisor to lead an automated high volume powder coating department that produces world-class component parts for customers in a number of different industries
Qualifications:
Must have at least 5-7 years previous Powder Coating Supervisory experience.
Experience working with and
- Experience with cosmetic trim parts a plus.
- Preferred candidates will have 5+ years in a lead position under an ISO/TS environment, using Nordson or other automated equipment
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage several different projects at one time.
- Strong understanding and experience with Windows Office software.
- Ability to lead and develop employees effectively.
- Strong understanding of managing departmental budgets, cost control standards, and departmental planning.
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent communication and team skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Must have a proven track record of leadership and mentoring. Individuals will ensure production schedules are met; meet budget goals, implement. Focus on employee development and training.
High School Diploma or GED required.
