Commodities Structuring
The commodities structuring mandate covers the entire suite of Global Commodities’ product capabilities, including oil and refined products, natural gas, power, precious and base metals, and agriculture. Structured deals range from hedging large, complex, illiquid risks in the energy markets to using the commodity markets to mitigate clients’ cash constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the North American Power and Gas structuring desk on deal creation, analysis, pricing, internal approval process, and execution.
- Run analysis in Excel and DBAnalytics models for potential deals and manage/monitor on-going, executed deals.
- Run pricing, risk, and profitability analysis on oil, gas, and power trades.
- Update model templates and product curves.
- Draft credit memos, pitch books, and target client books.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Be extremely diligent, efficient and able to manage multiple conflicting deliverables including working under pressure
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with strict attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- FINRA Licensed if any will be an added advantage
