An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join the Billings team within Sydney Consulting on a 3 Month Fix Termed Contract. . This pivotal role will see you act as the key relationship contact for all internal clients allowing you to demonstrate your strong stakeholder management skills.
You will be responsible for the provision of support to various members of the group by coordinating, processing and proactively managing functions relating to iPower.
Your role will encompass:
- Building effective relationships with our internal clients, being seen as the "go to person" for all billings matters
- Full administration of the billing process including creating and maintaining client, job and project codes; daily monitoring of timesheets
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports including WIP and Aged Debtor reports
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative practices and procedures
- Working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure compliance to Governance/Financial Management processes
You will be an exemplary communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Highly organised you will confidently handle conflicting priorities and work well under pressure to meet deliverables. You will have strong attention to detail and be able to process high volumes of billing requests.
Ideally you will have experience working within billings however previous background working within finance and project administration will be highly regarded.
