Maintenance Manager - Distribution Systems
My Client's services include electrical substation construction, gas pipeline installation and recycled water network engineering. They have a long history of energy and utility infrastructure ownership, development and service provision. This is a unique opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join their Electricity Network Department.
In this role you will lead manage the maintenance team with planning, coordination and management of human, material and capital resources to deliver OPEX CAPEX programmes from concept through to design implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of relevant engineering legislation, codes, policies and procedures.
- Development of short term and long term forecasts of the delivery of the OPEX and Routine CAPEX programs for the network.
- Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to resolve complex issues in creative and effective manner to meet company objectives for delivery of the works program.
- Effectively managing routine CAPEX and OPEX programs which involve detailed stakeholder negotiations to ensure that projects occur on time and within budget.
- Balancing resources to meet competing needs and expectations and delivering with high volume of daily issues while at the same time managing to achieve positive initiatives.
