Power MOSFETS Product Engineer Job in San Francisco, California Us


We have been engaged by our client in the San Francisco Bay area to fill the position of Power MOSFETS Product Engineer. This is a large, stable semiconductor company that is dedicated to providing new and innovative power management semiconductor products for the Military, Aerospace, Medical and Automotive markets. Although the Company currently enjoys success in all of these segments, they want to define new product roadmaps and expand the product portfolio to provide better solutions for their customers.

This is a very hands on technical position with our client. As a Power Mosfets Product Engineer you will be in a lead engineering role in the power MOSFET field and be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • In this position, you will be the product’s technical interface and manage the deployment of new processes and technologies with the RD and manufacturing department

  • Promote new product/cost reduction management from design to the final datasheet

  • Supervise technicians and Junior Engineers

  • Supervise offshore engineering groups

  • Yield improvement definition and support manufacturing

  • Support product marketing

  • Support customer quality issues

  • Travel occasionally to offshore manufacturing sites

    Compensation and Benefits: Salary

    – 90KK to 110K (depending on experience), with bonus
