PowerToFly is a networking platform for working women. We connect women from all over the world with jobs at high growth companies that value productivity, diversity and flexibility. Ever since the platform's official launch in August 2014, we have grown in leaps and bounds and received press from publications such as Fortune, Fast Company, CNN, Business Insider and more. The PowerToFly team is located all over the world and everyone works remotely. We value team members based on results and not time spent in the office.
As our CTO you would lead a passionate group of 95% female developers who are already focused on creating a platform for millions of users. To do so, you would be a self-motivated and compelling leader who obsesses over building platforms with amazing conversion rates, stickiness and user retention. And as an ideal candidate you would oversee our product, design, devops and engineering efforts.
