PPI Case Handler (PM Shift)

Numerous PPI Case Handler positions are now available working for one of the large financial institutions.

These positions require candidates to have had previous call centre or extensive customer service experience. Successful candidates will have solid IT knowledge and be able to work accurately and efficiently. Candidates will deal with complaints as a result of PPI mis-selling taking into account any risks of the Bank’s reputation and ensure these are handled in accordance with the Financial Services Authority timescales. Previous use of a computer at work is vital as is the ability to demonstrate empathetic customer service skills over the phone.

The roles are evening shift positions, 5:30pm-10:30pm. Training will match shift patterns.
