Monday to Friday 3pm - 11pm
My client is one of the UK's leading Financial Institutions and they are looking for a full a time PPI Case handler to join their team in Northampton.
The main duties of the role will include:
Full investigation of mis sold PPI on credit card, loads etc.
Dealing with complaints
Using their own initiative in developing resolutions to complaints over the telephone and in writing.
This is why we need someone with proven complaint resolution experience with the ability to provide high quality responses to all complex referrals to customers.
You must be able to pass a credit check and have no history of dismissals or disciplinary's.
