Leading bank is urgently seeking the talents of a Change Project Manager to work on defining the content and direction of change projects in order to support the high performance delivery of change projects with PPI.
Candidates applying MUST have the following
Change management and project management expertise with proven delivery of change projects
Possess experience in change management methods and tools.
Understand and be able to use the Global Change Management Project Management method and toolkit.
Previous experience of working within PPI Change Management Function
Influencing / networking – developing internal and external business relationships and using own knowledge, skills and experience to influence others opinions and actions.
Analysis, creativity and innovation – able to conceive original and practical solutions to complex and business critical problems.
Understand and comply with the requirements of Strategic Change Execution Board Standard, Group Change Governance framework and Group mandated Business Change methods, standards and tools
Financial Services experience is a MUST for this role
