PPI Complaint Handler recruitment

Randstad Financial Professional are currently seeking contractors with PPI Complaint Handling experience to fill a number of roles for a leading Financial organisation located in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading PPI investigations team where hard work and innovation are highly rewarded.

Role: PPI Complaint Handler
Location: Manchester
Start: ASAP
Duration of contract: 6 months (with a possibility of an extension based on performance)
Daily rate: £170
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or Monday-Wednesday 7pm-7am (night shift)

You will be required to have:

*A minimum of 1 year PPI Complaint Handling experience
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*A degree within Finance/Accountancy/Business desirable yet not essential

The ideal PPI Complaint Handler will possess the following attributes/skills:

*Ability to work as part of a PPI team
*PPI Investigations experience
*Ability to interpret and analyse large volumes of written material and make balanced and well-reasoned decisions.
*Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of PPI case-handling techniques and technical knowledge across all areas of PPI products and services
*Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
*Commitment to providing excellent customer service
*Positive can-do attitude
