My client is a well established financial services organisation that is recruiting for an exprienced Banking or Financial Services Team Leader to join their PPI FOS Team in Birmingham
Your role will be to manage a team of PPI Complaint Handlers, who manage claims from third parties, solicitors and customers for compensation. Your role will be to manage the daily activities of your team, allocate targets, manage underperformance and ensure SLA' are met.
Essential Experience
Must be an experienced Team Leader from a Banking or a Financial Services background
Must have experience of performance managing a team
