My Client, a leading Bank who is looking for a PPI Operations Manager to work in their Leeds office. The ideal candidate will be a Operations Manager within in Banking or Financial Services within complaints or PPI

Responsible for managing the processing of payments on PPI complaints, providing direction and ensuring that consistent approaches and standards are maintained. Accountable for monitoring and actively managing the team’s workload and resources to ensure that agreed deliverables are met on time and to the right quality. Accountable for managing the workload and performance of the third parties who provide payment handling services to ensure that work is delivered within SLA to the right quality

Essential Experience
· Experience of managing teams which are responsible for the production and delivery of services
· Experience of managing a team which has to provide services, adhering to strict timetable deadlines and service level agreements
· Experience of complaint handling
· Experience of PPI products
· The jobholder must have the ability to demonstrate energy and high level of motivation to ensure output is delivered on time and to the highest quality.
· There is a strong focus on continuous improvement in this role; hence the jobholder must be able to adapt changing customer demands.
· Able to work with Senior Management
