PPI Project Manager x2
A leading UK Retail Bank are currently seeking 2 Project Managers with experience of managing PPI remediation projects. The position will require extensive co-ordination with the regulation and internal project teams as well as managing senior Executive level stakeholder groups. Strong knowledge of PPI redress required for this role.
Main Duties:
Define and develop business case specifications and plans to support efficient Remediation and PPI operations
Gain appropriate approvals and sign offs,
Ensure all sign offs are documented for audit purposes
To ensure all Remediation and PPI operations are aligned and consistent across all locations
Include regulatory and compliance requirements when planning process improvements
Develops solutions and can evidence and document benefits to senior managers
To ensure the service, cost and risk performance meets agreed standards and deliver changes to services in line with agreed commitments minimising impact on operational stability.
Work with Technology partners and End Users to develop and agree an end to end testing strategy to provide a clear 'route to live'
Effectively manage complex Remediation and PPI projects to deliver on time, on budget, on benefit and on scope
Provides sound business and benefit cases on all projects
Liaise with operational functions to initiate user training and operational processes change
Create a release plan for ongoing improvements of the Remediation and PPI Complaint handling process, gaining buy-in for this approach with senior stakeholders
Manages/leads project prioritisation relating to improving processes within the PPI Complaint handling operations
Ability to document process flows relating to complex operational and processing problems
Prepares and implements Remediation and PPI project plans
Prepares Remediation and PPI reports and MI relating to projects
Experience required:
Project Management remediation experience supported by PPI management experience
Must come from a PPI complaints handling background in Banking or financial services at a managerial level
Must have direct Operational Management experience where you have been responsible for KPIs and performance management
Ability to prioritise work
Attention to detail and ability to work to tight timescales
Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team.
Is flexible to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner
Travel to necessary PPI Complaint Handling sites in order to plan, implement and close down projects
Effective communicator with good stakeholder skills
Dealing with complexity
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
