PPI Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst provide support and Business Analysis capability on multiple Complex/High Impact Project / Programmes, taking responsibility within the PPI Remediation programme. Identifying, quantifying, planning and controlling all business analysis related activity on their portfolio whilst ensuring the quality of requirements and subsequent solution is fit for purpose. The role primarily involves support for Remediation and Proactive PPI work streams across 3 strategic business units. This will require an understanding of the key processes across the business and identifying/designing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Timely delivery of regulatory driven work streams.
• Maintain and improve customer advocacy by ensuring contact and service excellence in all implementations of operating model solutions.
• Current state assessments of policy processes.
• Innovation and analytical abilities for the creation of solutions, operational process design/changes and associated controls.
• Supporting the creation of customer journeys, contact strategy and letters/scripts as part of solution design
• Identify high level and detailed business data requirements.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills, ability to manage customer data and track customer treatment outcomes to an appropriate and auditable level.
• Work with technology to define and implement robust operating solutions.
• Manage a diverse stakeholder group and ensure regular engagement across multiple Business Units and functions.
• Resolve/escalate issues that emerge, such as a lack of stakeholder engagement.
• Support the management of business readiness and implementation into live business environments.
• Approval of process guidelines and training materials for Operations and facilitation of solution acceptance criteria.
• Management of day-to-day operational processes.
• Understand and adhere to all appropriate Barclay’s policies.
• Identify and manage work stream interdependencies and risk/issues affecting the successful delivery of the Programme /Project.
