PPI Team Leader

Working within the financial sector, to lead and develop a team of circa 16 people to deliver excellent customer service through effective complaint handling.

A key role for the organisation requiring someone to enable a vision to be delivered they need powerful, effective team leadership and communication. The Team Leader will work as part of a leadership team with the responsibility for leading a team that manages complaint resolution for mis-selling of PPI for customers.

This role is required to operate across the operations and the role holder will be required to drive down the volumes of PPI mis-selling. Activities include proactively managing the complaint resolutions received by customers through effective coaching and the performance development process. The key focus will be to drive and deliver exceptional complaint resolution performance, through powerful leadership, passionate customer service and the performance development of the team.
