PPI Telephony Team Leader
£20 per hour
Northampton 
Contract for 6 months 
Hours: Rotating shifts between 8am to 8pm (35 hour week)

Working within the financial sector, to lead and develop a team of circa 16 people to deliver excellent customer service through effective complaint handling.

A key role for the organisation requiring someone to enable a vision to be delivered they need powerful, effective team leadership and communication. The Team Leader will work as part of a leadership team with the responsibility for leading a team that manages complaint resolution for mis-selling of PPI for customers.

Essential Experience
Must have previous Management and complaint handling experience within Financial Services or banking
Must have call centre management experience. 
Must be organised and flexible and have the ability to make decisions
Ability to motivate team, allocate and monitor KPI’s
