PPM Analyst
Position: PPM Analyst
Responsibilities:
- As the PPM Analyst, you will be working with various groups within our organization to understand, prioritize, design, and build out our PPM implementation.
- You will be working with mid to senior level management to understand their project and program management needs.
- You will be working with an offshore developer to implement the PPM changes.
- Provide overall thought leadership around the PPM platform.
- Provide training to Project and Program Managers on PPM
- Create/update training documentation and manuals
- Answer ad-hoc questions from PPM users
- Bring best practices and apply to PPM design
- Work with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure PPM is being configured correctly
- Work with an offshore developer to configure the tool
- Test changes and coordinate release to production motion
Qualifications:
- Working experience with HP’s PPMC product. 9.1+ Experience preferred.
- Specific experience with Demand Management, Project Management, Program Management, and Resource Management.
- Experience with Microsoft Project Integration to update workplan information.
- Experience with leading training classes and developing/updating training documentation.
