Our client is seeking to hire a Public Relations Account Director in London. An established and highly reputable Corporate Public Relations and Public Affairs consultancy, our client offers full service PR and PA services to a broad range of clients predominantly within the financial services sector. Suitable candidates will demonstrate strong corporate communications experience, an interest in relocating to London and an ability to foster long term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
Key responsibilities include:
• Active portfolio management, exceeding client expectations in terms of delivering a pioneering service for all PR matters
• Developing a very strong understanding of each client’s strategy and provide advice on appropriate course of action with regards communicating key messages for the client
• Provide clients with strategic advice in relation to media relations, communications strategy, campaign development and execution
• Develop relationship with UK media
• Demonstrate creativity in terms of developing a variety of alternative strategies for clients
Ideal candidate:
• Corporate PR professional with proven experience at Account management across a variety corporate clients
• Strong commercial knowledge and excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to think independently and creatively
• Strong ability to lead and motivate Account Managers and Account Executives
