Practice Head – Retail Banking Operations recruitment
Reporting into the Country Head, you will be responsible for:
- PL ownership of the Retail Banking vertical including strategic leadership guidance and direction to grow the practice
- Ensuring quality and reliability of service delivery while driving and ensuring performance and adherence to SLAs laid out
- Driving change/transformation programs to streamline processes and ensure efficient delivery
- Seamless transitioning of new processes into the vertical
- Pitching and winning more business processes while increasing platform capabilities
The Successful Applicant
You should preferably hold a masters degree from a leading university and have 15-18 years of relevant operations experience in a captive or third party setup supporting global businesses. With a strong domain knowledge around Retail and Commercial Banking products, an exposure to IT platforms and consulting will be an advantage. You must showcase a strong track record of service delivery while managing your own PL and have a ability to engage with stakeholders and win more business. Excellent client handling skills, proven leadership and people management skills, thorough knowledge of service procedures and outstanding interpersonal, communication and convincing skills will be other requisites which will be looked upon favorably.
