Description
South Shore Mental Health, a non-profit behavioral healthcare organization, is seeking a Practice Management Analyst. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Accounting, will assemble and analyze data and performance indicators relevant to understanding current performance of large outpatient practice along key operational and financial dimensions. Conduct trend and comparative analysis of key performance indicators and report on findings. Provide consultation and technical assistance in understanding and using report data, trends, and other recommendations. Assume Special Project Management responsibilities including leading multi-level workgroups for various assigned initiatives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human service or health care administration, or related field.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operations or program management, budgeting and analysis or related responsibilities.
- Familiarity with health care or human service systems highly preferred.
- Demonstrated strength in analytic skills using data sets and other performance indicators within complex service delivery environments.
- Demonstrated working knowledge and skills in using various desktop software applications including Word, Excel and Access; Excel intermediate level required, advanced level preferred.
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and critical thinking ability.
