Practice Manager recruitment
Our client, a Scotland wide accounting practice firm, is looking to recruit a Practice Manager for their Dundee office. Our client is one of the top, and most exciting to work for, medium sized accounting practices to join in Scotland with over 200 employees. They have four offices based throughout central Scotland and have an extremely good reputation especially dealing with charities.
The salary will be £40k - £45k.You will have experience in the following:
- A qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Worked in an accounting Practice
- Worked with charities
- Have very good management, coaching and mentoring skills
- Experience leading a team
- Technically competent
- Experience in business development
You will lead a team of around 15 to 16 throughout all areas of accountancy practice. This client provides excellent career progression as the company are looking for the right candidate to go from manger to progress all the way to partner in the business.
The role also gives you a very client facing and diverse role working closely with all areas of the practice.This is a very exciting role in terms of a step up in your career and building for the future.
