Practice Nurse (Band 5)
Location: RAF Lossiemouth, Moray Scotland
Rate: £19 - £20 per hour
Hays Healthcare is seeking a Band 5 Practice Nurse to work as part of a multi disciplinary primary healthcare team delivering general medical services and elements of occupational health to military personnel.
Working as a lead you will be expected to work autonomously in the provision of nurse led clinics, clinical supervision of other nurses where appropriate and ensure untrained personnel within the treatment area work within their personal capabilities.
You will be dedicated practice nurse who can work unsupervised in providing nursing and pre hospital emergency care to the medical centre population. You will have experience in the development of programmes of care, performing audits and conducting searches.
You must hold full NMC membership, be a car driver and be eligible to work in the UK. Previous Experience in a similar role is essential and MoD experience would be an advantage, as would some background as a Nurse in an AE/Emergency Medicine field.
