Practice Nurse Band 5 MOD 7936
Hays is working with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse to work with the Royal Air Force at their airfield in Lossiemouth, Scotland.
You will be expected to;
- Be responsible for the provision of clinical treatment, screening and advice to patients
- Provide general medical services and occupational health elements to military personnel
- Maintain professional registration and personal portfolio.
- Be competent in Immunisation, Venepuncture, Audiology, Asthma and Diabetes Management, History Taking, keyboard/computer skills etc.
You must have previous experience in Primary Health Care practice is essential. You must hold full NMC registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Also needed is a valid PVG.
MoD Experience would be an advantage.
