Practice Nurse Band 6
A Locum Practice Nurse at Band 6 needed to work for the MoD, at their Medical Reception Station Winchester, Hampshire.
Dates required: 074.03.14 - 06.06.14
Full time hours (37.5hrs) rotational shifts, includes weekends and nights
You will be responsible for the provision of clinical treatment, screening and advice to patients and provide general medical services and occupational health elements to military personnel
Maintain professional registration and personal portfolio.
You must be competent in Immunisation, Venepuncture, Audiology, Asthma and Diabetes Management, Smoking Cessation, Ear Syringing, Travel Medicine, Vaccinations, Well Woman, History Taking, keyboard/computer skills etc.
You must:
Have a relevant experience in Primary Health Care practice.
Hold full NMC registration and be eligible to work in the UK.
Be Car Driver (with access to a car)
Copies of your immunity history - TB, Hep B, Rubella, Measles
