Practice Nurse Band 6 MOD 8031
Hays Healthcare is working with the Ministry Of Defence to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse at band 6 level to work with the British Army as a civilian in the Hull area.
You will be expected to;
- To work autonomously in providing nursing and pre hospital emergency care to the medical centre residents.
- Be responsible for the provision of clinical treatment, screening and advice to patients
- Provide general medical services and occupational health elements to military personnel
- Maintain professional registration and personal portfolio
- Be competent in Immunisation, Audiology, Venepuncture, Asthma and Diabetes management, etc.
- To be able to give Yellow Fever vaccinations
Previous Experience in a similar role is essential and successful candidates will be contacted within 48 Hours of application. You must hold full NMC membership and be eligible to work in the UK
MoD Experience would be an advantage.
