Practice Nurse for Leeds
Hays Healthcare is recruiting Practice Nurses to work in the West Yorkshire area. We offer rewarding opportunities for agency staff in the NHS and private sectors. A successful candidate would need to commit to 3-5 days per week.
I am looking for a Practice Nurse who is flexible, adaptable and reliable. You will need to be organised, confident and able to work on your own initiative.
For this role it is essential that you have:
- Experience in treating small injuries
- Helping with minor operations done under local anaesthetic
- Experience in health screening and family planning
- Experience in running vaccination programmes
- An understanding of infection control procedures
- Ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
- Ability to keep accurate and up to date patient records
