A Practice Service Manager is required to join an International Information Technology Services company where you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients ensuring that the services you manage are delivered in line with Service Descriptions and target Service Levels. This is a great opportunity for experienced Practice Service Managers with experience of managing Voice and Network services to join a company that invests heavily in the training and development of their employees.

The Practice Service Manager's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: the day- to- day co-ordination and operational reviews with delivery teams to ensure that service levels and quality of service are maintained while also identifying areas for continuous improvement. This will involve delivering a fully managed service against ITIL methodologies and ensuring delivery on key performance indicators. You will also be responsible for providing appraisal input for the delivery staff and conducting performance reviews so that teams know where they need to improve. The Practice Service Manager will also be responsible for the RISK register and for Continuous Service Improvement Plans for designated customers.

Interested candidates will need to have proven management experience in the Service Delivery arena and be ITIL certified. It is essential that you have good influencing skills and stakeholder management experience. You will have demonstrable experience of managing the delivery of Network services, ideally for Voice technologies.
