Pre-MBA Private Equity Development Associate recruitment
Candidate will be responsible for:
* High-level internal and external executive communication and presentations
* Perform valuations and investment return analysis, understanding underlying value drivers
* Provide recommendations based on results local/regional real estate market dynamics
* Closely guide and manage developmental plans, budgets, schedules through completion of project
* Assist PM team in all reporting as it relates to assigned projects
* Manage term sheets, joint venture agreements, contracts, amendments, financings through entire investment transaction
The qualified candidate should have:
* Bachelor's Degree and EXCELLENT academic record
* Ideally 2+ years of Financial Services / Private Equity experience
* Outstanding written / oral communication skills
* Quantitative, analytical, financial modeling skills / Excel skills
* Strong work ethic, maturity and focus ro deliver and execute deliverables
