Pre-Paid Cards Division Manager

The Group specialises in providing payment solutions to individuals and corporations in Europe and prepaid card programs are the new addition to the group’s service offering.

The Division Manager will then assume responsibility for day-day management of the Group’s own programs and the delivery of program management for third party programs. This role reports to the Head of Banking within the group.

Candidate must be able to demonstrate significant ability to work with multiple programs running in parallel managing the delivery of each of them. Daily interactions with teams in the UK, and other EU and Asiatic countries. Also the Candidate must adopt a hands on approach in the design and delivery of the program, hiring his own team as operations require it:

-       Strong Cards and Operational experience.

-       Self starter and self motivated

-       Oversight of operations

-       Collaborating with in order to deliver on a variety of functional goals, including Implementations, Client and Customer Service, Vendor Management, Projects, Controls, etc.

-       Financial ability to maintain fee structure and PL of programs.

-       Respond to and implement Product enhancement opportunities.

-       Manage KPIs and SLAs to ensure best in class Operations 

-       Strong Cards and Operational experience.

-       People leadership / line management

-       Project management.

-       Proficient at financial modelling

-       Able and used to market research to ensure best positionning of programs

-       Able to articulate a strategy and create and deliver PPT presentations

Languages: fluent in English. Fluency in other EU languages would be a strong plus

Education: University Degree. A MBA would be a strong plus

This role can be filled with a person with partner caliber, able to be a real driver of the division and having own vision of how to expand and grow. In such case it could be possible for the candidate to join or become a partner.
