- Experience and knowledge of Social Care Application for both Adults and Children's Service.
- Knowledge of Implementation and pre sales implementation process management

Job Description
- focus on Children social care
- be familiar with the social care product, and act as product specialist for demonstration, pre-sales, and support
- develop with the business representatives the system configuration specifications for the proper deployment of the system
- develop the service process maps, including the service re-design aspects (as-is, to-be)
- work with offshore project teams (in Asia) on systems design and development issues, migration etc.
- serve as main point of contact for the user reference groups and acceptance testing staff, and supports the training team to ensure business requirements are being consistently identified and agreed for implementation
Qualifications
- degree graduate
- experience in working as a Social Care worker
- at least 3 years experience in implementing social care IT project or social care products
- experience in translating requirements into functional specifications and detailed test plans where required
- experience in documenting and mapping workflows as well as the results of the business analysis
- experience in providing the link between the customer/stakeholders, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle
