Pre Sales and Support Manager
A leading consultancy and software development company for Payment Systems is looking for a Pre-sales and Support Manager to bring effective support to the business where required.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales and Functional Management
§ Manage team members to promote professional growth and enhancement of technical capabilities.
§ Set team's direction and goals, and responsible for delivering team performance targets.
§ Work with the Cluster Heads on resource planning, financial planning and budgeting.
§ Improve team's productivity
§ Provide pre-sales support to sales team and develop a strong relationship with the sales teams.
Application Support Management
§ Ensure team that all support requests/service requests are dealt with.
§ Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures.
§ Participate in quality calibration and validation sessions of solution/resolution provided by technical support consultants.
§ Review periodic report on the issues raised/resolved, and identify trends of issues raised.
§ Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders and external parties on application support related matters.
§ Manage external partners/providers supplying assistance with the technical support for the software applications
§ Conduct regular business continuity planning and execution exercise to ensure that support function can be carried out in the event of contingency.
Requirements
§ Bachelor degree in computer science/engineering OR equivalent education and experience.
§ At least 8 years of working experience in application development and support, presales and team management functions.
§ Good understanding and experience in project management and SDLC are necessary.
§ Must have experience in providing technical solution. Domain knowledge in Clearing and Payment is an added advantage.
§ Demonstrate good analytical and trouble-shooting skills, as well as capable of making quick and sound decisions.
§ Demonstrate professional knowledge and expertise in pre-sales support for various local and overseas clients, internal and external clients.
§ Proven record of good team management and proven experience to bring forth better product development and revenue are added advantages.
