Due to a recent period of rapid growth, a new and exciting opportunity to join the Aurion team as a Pre-Sales Consultant has arisen.
If you have excellent communication skills, the ability support a fast moving sales team by providing demonstrations, presentations and technical tenders on leading HRIS applications, and are looking for a new opportunity to work as part of a dynamic, enthusiastic team, this could be the role for you.
As Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for working with the sales team to provide product, business and technical knowledge to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. You will regularly undertake technical analysis on user requirements and keep up to date with knowledge of products and technologies. You should be able to utilise this information to fully support customers needs.
Ideally to be successful in this role you will have experience in the following areas:
- Skills, knowledge and technical ability in HR payroll processes
- Analytical, diagnostic, project management and problem solving skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to tailor presentations according to the needs and varying levels of technical understanding of various audiences
- Collaborative working ability and flexible attitude
- Excellent listening skills
