Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pre-Sales professional to join our Sales team based in Sydney.
The primary focus of this role is to work closely with and support our Sales Team in selling our products and services to our customers, business analysis skills will play a key part in this role to understand the customer requirements and define possible solutions to drive revenue. data integration solutions or product-related issues which arise during the sales cycle.
Responsibilities will include:
- Attend customer visits with sales to identify and document their foreign exchange and payment needs and then implement the solution working with customer and internal resources
- Assist sales to prepare and deliver solution-based presentations to customers
- Provide training to customers where necessary both pre and post-sales, including trouble-shooting any post-implementation issues as required
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications with at least 5 years’ experience in selling or implementing solutions within financial systems. Previous IT presales experience is a plus, as is experience in a customer facing sales or sales support role and previous payments and integrations experience. Sound technical and accounting knowledge with a solid understanding of financial systems, particularly accounts payable and accounts receivable processes is a must.
