For a Leading Information Technology Company focused in the Financial field we are looking for a

PRE-SALES CONSULTANT (Content Document Management) Ref. PRS/mo

 

The Tasks

 

Working closely with professional services consultants and the sales resource in the document management division, the candidate will put together plans that provide clients with the best possible solutions. The ideal candidate will have a high level of support and resource in the role, and the solutions designed will add significant value to the clients requirements. The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

- Use relevant consulting processes to define, assess, measure, analyze and develop the best possible solution to meet the customers’ objectives.

- Lead and coordinate virtual teams to support the delivery of a solution design (and relevant documentation)

- Be responsible for the development of a solution through the Sales Process 

- Ensure Pre-Sales capability in consultancy and technical solution design is a competitive advantage and actively used in the sales process

- Ensure solutions are commercially viable and profitable

 

The Skills

 

The ideal candidate is a Pre-Sales Consultant who has experience of working in a client facing role and delivering Document Management and/or automated workflow solutions.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

 

-         Good communication skills, highly developed negotiation skills and ability to influence people at all levels.

-         Strong customer orientation

-         Highly confident, enthusiastic and motivated team player.  

-         Creative problem solver and conceptual thinker.

-         3 - 5 years experience in consulting or management role.

-         Broad technical experience/knowledge in a range of areas including: Cost recovery systems, Digital imaging and workflow, Document /Content management system integration, Forms processing, ERP and CRM systems, Operating systems, Databases, Security services and protocols, Networking protocols, Printer description languages
