Pre Sales Consultant – Front Office Trading Solution recruitment
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Executives and Strategic Account Managers in the North East Asia region to promote the Trading Platform solution to both existing and new clients.
The Pre Sales Consultant is an integral part of the sales process through correct positioning of the product offering in the pre-sales cycle focusing on the key criteria of the prospect/client.
Working in partnership with the Sales team the Pre Sales Consultant will manage many aspects of the client relationship throughout the sales process as well as being the key technical liaison. Offering expert advice and guidance to the onsite client technical teams to lead the sales process through to conclusion and client acceptance.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales team to close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Prospects and solution qualification
- Content and product expert
- Support during the sales process to include creating and presenting tailored client demonstrations
- RFP responses, running workshops and “proof of concept” project
- Work with the product managers to help identify new functional requirements for future development
- As a content and product expert you will be expected to keep up to date with relevant industry technology trends
- You will work closely with development and product management to maintain customer presentation and proposal materials as well as providing product training and support to the Sales teams and clients.
Required Experience
- Experienced in Pre Sales demonstrations of complex solutions and products in the financial sector
- Knowledge of the financial markets, preferably with exposure to the equity, futures, options instruments.
- High level of competence in delivering product presentations and managing client workshops and proof of concepts
- Industry knowledge and knowledge of financial markets in the areas of electronic trading, risk management, market making
- Good knowledge of front and middle office
