Pre-Construction Manager/Estimator NEEDED
The Midwest's leading General Contractor is looking to add a Pre-Construction Manager/Estimator to it's dedicated team of quality constructors. If you have a "can do" attitude and are able to find ways to succeed when others tell you it's impossible this is the company for you.
Duties/Skills:
- Conceptual, Negotiated and Hard Bid Estimating Experience
- Selling and Presentation Skills
- Healthcare Project Experience ranging from $5 - $50 Million
- Able to be the face of the company
- Independent worker who is able to lead a team
