Associated Electric is currently seeking applicants for a Predictive Maintenance Engineer position.  This position will be located at the Headquarters facility in Springfield, Missouri.

 

The Predictive Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the development, administration, management, and direct supervision of a comprehensive predictive and preventative maintenance program with aim of improving equipment reliability and mitigating critical equipment failures. The Predictive Maintenance Engineer directs and assists the field technicians with the application of diagnostic systems and failure detection methods. By compiling, analyzing and maintaining the integrity of documented field data, the Predictive Maintenance Engineer interacts with system experts and reliability engineers and maintenance superintendents to coordinate the development or modification of preventive maintenance tasks and calibration work. The Predictive Maintenance Engineer provides assistance in developing long-range maintenance plans.  Up to 25% travel is required.

 

Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.  At least six years of progressive experience in predictive and preventive diagnostic and non-destructive testing programs is required.  The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively interpret technical documents, blueprints schematics. The ability to supervise, work and communicate with others effectively as part of a team is essential for this position.
