Premier Relationship Manager – Bondi Junction

As a Premier Relationship Manager you will be responsible for the management and expansion of an existing, growing portfolio of customers. The target market is the High Net Worth and Professional sector, focusing on portfolio style management with a wealth creation and multi product emphasis.
Core responsibilities and targets of a Premier Relationship Manager include:
* Achieving personal business volume growth targets
* Cross selling of HSBC products and services
* Maximising revenues where risk is associated with an appropriate rate of return
* Initiating strategic business strategies through individual effort or referral
You will have the ability to recognise needs, develop relationships with customers, and enhance the potential value of these relationships. You will be pro-active, with the ability to source new business and achieve challenging objectives.
Highly customer focused, you will be committed to meeting customer expectations, either face to face or on the telephone. The ability to form and maintain strong internal and external networks will prove pivotal to your success.
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous Relationship Management experience in Personal Banking, with a solid knowledge of lending
- Previous experience managing your own portfolio of clients
• A strong customer focus and proven track record developing relationships
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably a degree in Finance or a related discipline
