Premium Banker
My client who run an award winning contact centre in the banking industry is looking for Premium Bankers to join their busy team. They are looking for someone with exceptional customer satisfaction skills who can adapt their style to deal with customer needs. As a premium banker you will only be dealing with high value customers and have a great ability to deal with multiple queries.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service whilst achieving against KPI targets, you will have experience of working in a customer service role preferably in a contact centre role.
The salary is £9.15 per hour and this is a temporary contract running until December 31st 2015.
