We need an enthusiastic, personable, and energetic team player with outstanding people skills, a savvy business sense and high level of management experience in food service. Our PFD manager will have a chance to utilize operational expertise, skills as a coach, supervisor and leader while continuing our tradition of offering and developing naturally delicious dishes to our loyal clientele. The person holding this position is accountable for profit/loss, hiring, scheduling, service, product development within the department for both of our stores.
