In Belgium
Silicomp Belgium represents the business unit ITLabs and offers IT services through fixed price projects or consultancy. Ex: proof of concept for the digitalization of meal vouchers, application development/architecture (J2EE or .NET/C# or C/C++), business functional analysis, testing (manual automated / functional technical), project management, etc.
Silicomp Benelux represents the business unit NIS (Network Integration Services) and offers fixed price projects, managed services and consultancy. Ex: advice on methodology or infrastructure issues, audits (infrastructure or security), acceleration of the MPLS flow, End-point Security (encryptions of the design), troubleshooting/monitoring/change management, etc.

Role and responsibilities:
· Participate to presales activities for our network and security solutions, whether provided through our NOC/ SOC center or through projects
· Help design and evaluate innovative solutions for customer needs and translate them in technical/ budgetary offers
· Advise and work with customers’ security professionals to define the technical solution that best suits the customers’ expectations
· Collaborate with internal groups, external vendors and proposal managers in the development, design and integration of specific security products.
· Research, review and recommend security solutions that meet or exceed industry/government best practices.
· Respond to new requirements by using appropriate methods of research and education.
· Participate in industry forums keeping management apprised of new developments or changes in the security environment.
About you
Profile:
· At least 3 years of professional experience as technical support or presales
· Technical college degree (4 year), CISSP and ITIL
· Demonstrate effective verbal and written communications skills in English and Dutch or French, any other additional language is a plus.
