Our clients are a small, Christian based organisation in the Inner West which has been operating for over 18 years. Located conveniently near public transport, our clients are looking for a Director to join their team. Our clients have a fantastic, stable team, with great support from the parent committee and the local Church. With large rooms and access to a hallway allowing extra open play, our clients pride themselves on being a Not For Profit centre with a great community feeling.
Catering for 39 children a day, you will be responsible for managing a small team which includes 3 ECT's and 3 Diplomas. This position is based predominately in the office where you will be responsible for the day to day running of the centre, handling parent enquiries, ensuring a high quality rating during accreditations, mentoring your staff and handling all enrollment enquiries.
You will have strong leadership and management skills with proven experience of leading a strong team. You will either be Diploma or Teacher qualified with experience as a Director. There is flexibility with the successful candidate working an optional 4 or 5 day week. Candidates will also have access to shorter hours, school holidays and excellent working conditions.
