President/CEO Job in Key Largo 33070, Florida US

The Key Largo, Florida Chamber of Commerce seeks a dynamic and energetic individual to fill the position of President. The President is responsible for all facets of chamber operations, including the operation of a high traffic visitor center.

 

The ideal candidate will possess all or most of the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in general business or marketing;
 
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional or managerial capacity for a tourism  or marketing intensive business or organization;

3. Significant experience in event planning and coordination;

4. Ability to prepare annual budget and analyze financial reports and data;

5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office;

6. Experience in the development and implementation of strategic plans ;

7. Provide evidence of successful community organizing; revenue generation; corporate relations; and employee management.

Salary consummate with experience.
