    Scope: This position reports directly to the Team Leader, Pricing and Contract Administration, in Roswell, GA. As an active contributor, the incumbent recommends courses of action which would enable the business to meet its financial and business objectives. The Pricing Analyst II is responsible for making recommendations concerning practices and procedures to strengthen internal control and improve efficiency. This position may also provide ad-hoc analytical support to Sales and Marketing to enhance their ability to sell with the ultimate goal of maximizing revenue and profitability. Familiarity with SAP is desired.

    Qualifications/Education/Experience Required: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience is required. Broad-based knowledge of the Health Care Industry, including GPO groups, IHN organizations, and National Account groups.

    Key skills required include analysis, initiative, decision making, integrity, and personal sensitivity. Good interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively interact with all levels of sales, marketing and staff management.

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    1. Ensure application of Corporate Financial Policies and the establishment and maintenance of strong internal control procedures within the position’s area of responsibility.

    2. Support strategic pricing initiatives through accurate and timely processing of new and existing individual and group price agreements.

    3. Support external Sales team (50+) by securing price authorization and creating customer price agreements in a timely manner

    4. Manage price approval, contract data entry, and contract renewal functions for price agreements in US, Canada and International (approx. 2000+)

    5. Secure price authorization for Custom Kits

    6. Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies relating to deductions or chargebacks.

    7. Provide timely and accurate business information in a format that is quickly understandable and actionable by the Marketing and Sales organizations.

    8. Maintain a high level of customer service in all aspects of the job functions. Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales and Finance by developing strong and open relationships with all groups.

    9. Demonstrate a commitment to quality performance through personal example by adopting a customer-based philosophy in the level of service provided.
