Pricing Analyst II - Ft. Worth, TX

Job Description Purpose: This position is responsible for the development, production and revision of cost/pricing proposals within the limits of authority delegated by management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: - Reviews RFP, analyzes requirements and develops pricing spreadsheets in required formats. - Prepares Financial Risk Analysis for review by CFO. - In coordination with Proposal Manager, establishes a schedule for Cost Proposal milestones including reviews. - Collaborates with Proposal Manager and/or management on capture/pricing strategy. - Coordinates, as needed, with other departments for information or unusual requirements. - Develops or oversees development of pricing spreadsheets and cost volume narrative in accordance with RFP requirements and AGS policies and procedures. - Prepares and presents formal cost volume reviews, as required. - Ensures that documentation of quotes, basis of estimates, cost analyses and other pricing decisions used to develop price are maintained. - Ensures that required approvals are obtained. - Coordinates production of final Cost Volume(s) with Proposal Manager. - Participates in Cost Reviews and audits. - May serve as team leader to coordinate major proposal efforts. Education : Bachelors degree required. Experience: - Requires four (4) to (8) years experience in pricing, contracts or accounting. - Experience with Government procurement is preferred. Specialized knowledge and skills : - Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel. - Must be familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulations, Cost Accounting Standards, disclosure statements, Service Contract Act.
