Pricing Analyst – Major Energy Company, London. £40-50k recruitment
In the competitive business to business energy markets, the demand for bespoke contracts for large IC is on a rising trend. As part of a pricing team covering bespoke contracts, you will interact very closely with key European and Partnership sales channels, acting as the commercial lead for all high value strategic customer tenders. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring, pricing and tailoring bespoke supply solutions to these high value strategic B2B customers. Exposure to the high level of clients in this space will provide the successful candidate with fantastic market knowledge to help further their career. Demonstrating a rare blend of strong technical, financial, and risk knowledge, you will have the opportunity lead and mentor junior members of the team in a commercial and customer focussed environment.
The successful candidate will have a relevant technical degree, plus previous experience in a similar Pricing role within the Energy industry. The following knowledge is also required:
- Demonstrable numerical analytical skills, including Excel and VBA Modelling ability
- Excellent experience within the electricity and gas markets.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with clients confidently
- Presentation skills and negotiation skills
