Pricing Analyst / Pricing Manager

£30k - £35k

 

The Company

Our client is a key manufacturer and supplier of components and parts on a global basis. They are a brand named leading company who boast continual growth, they currently have an exciting position available for a Pricing Analyst to work closely with sales, procurement and marketing to maximise margin opportunity and to reflect market pricing.

 

·                           Establish clear pricing differences between the company, OEM and Aftermarket pricing strategy

·                           Ensure changes remain competitive.

·                           Liaise with Procurement to ensure that any shift change in cost price is reflected in the selling price

 

·                           Meet regularly with the sales Departments to monitor customer feedback on pricing

 

·                           Implement strategy to develop life cycle planning

 

·                           Input to marketing initiatives to ensure promotional prices are competitive

·                           Ensure price information is up-to-date and competitive

·                            Increased Sales

·                            Parts life cycle management to minimise slow moving products

 

The Candidate

 

·                            Excellent numeracy

·                            Excellent computer literacy – Excel, Vlookup, pivot tables, Access

·                            Excellent analytical skills

·                            Good communication

·                            Good understanding of the automotive parts market

·                            Good interpersonal skills

·                            High levels of accuracy
