Pricing Software Developer recruitment
My client is looking for a person in charge of developing and maintaining a new non-life pricing software. The person in charge will have to be able to assist the marketing teams dedicated to the internal software.
The missions of the person in charge include several phases:
The candidate must be able to give the directions regarding the product development and to get it approved by their direct report.
- Give options of development to the person in charge of the project,
- Manage the work of developers,
- Check the work and the quality of the software,
- Test the software versions.
During the life of the software, the candidate will have to be the product manager
- To analyze the new customers, to propose improvements in the DGD
- Pilot the latest versions,
- Test the new versions,
Besides, this manager based in Paris will have to be able to:
- provide telephonic support in offices regarding software-related problems,
- provide technical help to offices or to be operational directly on the pricing missions.
The profile
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Solid actuarial knowledge, particularly in non-life insurance.
Strong IT skills.
The knowledge of ' pretium ' would be an additional asset.
4-5 years of consulting experience, including 3 years in pricing on:
Classic Price list GLM;
Optimization of bonuses (premiums);
Zoniers.
Rigorous in their work
Attention to detail.
Languages: French and English is a minimum.
An additional language would be a plus.
Ability to be operate in small and medium structures.
Ability to pilot projects
Team player.
Salary:
Depending on experience: from 90 to 110 k euros (+ bonus).
