One of the world's largest financial institutions, serving individual consumers, small and middle market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk-management products and services is looking to expand their Global Markets Division. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join as a Prime Brokerage Client Services Officer in Hong Kong in Global Markets Operations Middle Office.
Job Requirements:
Work with the global professional services team to manage client requests and expectations.
Work closely with Engineering and QA teams during the development and testing of new features to ensure that business requirements are achieved.
Act as a single point of contact for new Hedge Fund clients when integrating into the firm.
Assist in client migration, software updates, support transition and functional requests from clients.
Create presentations, documentation and demonstrations for the new features to clients, prospects and internal staff.
Part of a new team that will manage the client onboarding process for Prime Services.
Develop strong and productive relationships with the client, ensuring current and future business requirements are understood and satisfied at all levels.
Identify opportunities to cross sell the firm during the client on-boarding process.
Skills required:
Strong product knowledge of Prime Brokerage and Equity.
Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and at clients.
5 years experience in within a similar role
Excellent understanding and knowledge of electronic trading systems and financial products
Must possess initiative to creatively find solutions to problems
Possess outstanding attention to detail with the ability to listen, understand and communicate customer requirements effectively
Strong communication and presentation skills; excellent written and spoken English
University degree.
