Job Description:

The Global Prime Finance platform delivers innovative financing and prime brokerage solutions to the world’s largest and most sophisticated managers. Client service is the foundation of our model – providing seamless coverage, multi-asset financing solutions and access in markets Worldwide.  Deutsche Bank’s integrated prime brokerage services transcend asset classes and borders, delivering streamlined operational efficiencies in over 90% of the investable markets around the world. Services include Prime Brokerage, Synthetic Equity, Securities Lending, x-trackers and Capital Introduction.

The candidate will be a member of the Global Client Solutions Group within Global Prime Finance (GPF) Risk Group. The primary responsibility will be to negotiate Term Margin Commitments as well as other Structured Financing Transactions with GPF’s clients.

Monitoring and proactively managing the pipeline of Term Margin Commitments and other transactions globally

 

Drafting and negotiating term sheets and legal agreements with GPF clients

Maintaining the term sheet and legal agreement templates for different rated clients

 

Maintaining the Term Commitment Database for all new commitments as well as continuing development of the database

 

Liaising with colleagues within and outside of GPF regarding margin commitments (Sales, Risk, Product Development, IT, etc.)

 

Participation in margin, credit and business points with client and senior DB management

Requirements:

Graduate Degree in Business/Finance

2-4 years related industry experience (structuring and negotiating financial transactions with some exposure to Prime Brokerage or ISDA transactions preferable)

Highly detail oriented and highly motivated with a legal background and finance experience is desirable

Excellent communication skills are required due to significant level of client interaction and negotiation
